Q8: Do you offer expedited shipping?
A: At this time, we offer standard flat-rate shipping only. Orders are shipped using reliable carriers.

Q9: What if my order is lost or damaged during shipping?

Returns & Refunds:

A: We accept returns within 30 days for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Returns for other reasons may be accepted if the item is unused.

  • Valencia Luxe covers return shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect items (a prepaid label will be provided).
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns due to personal reasons.

Q12: How long does it take to receive a refund?
A: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Q13: Can I exchange a product?
A: We do not offer direct exchange. The way to receive a different item is to:

  2. Place a new order once the return is approved
